Baked fruit just doesnt get enough attention.  Paired with a smidgen of flavorful crumb topping, its a healthy way to help get in some great nutrition.ako schudnut 5 kil

My crumb topping recipe was taken from Martha Stewart and altered by reducing the amount of butter (by about 1/3.  It was still crumbly and tasted just as good!).  The best thing about this crumb recipe is you can make a batch and freeze it!  Keep some frozen berries on hand and you now have a really delicious fruit focused snack or dessert anytime.kankusta duo forte

Choose a baking container.  You can use small ramekins for individual servings, a pie dish, or even a square pan.

If using fresh fruit, chop into bite size pieces and toss with a little lemon juice and a little sugar to taste.

If using frozen, thaw the amount you need in advance and add a little sugar to taste.

Pour fruit into baking dish and top with a sprinkling of crumb toppinga little goes a long way!

Bake for 30 minutes or so, or until the topping is slightly browned.
