What should I make for the Super Bowl?
I’m having a party this Sunday for the super bowl but I don’t know what to make. Everyone’s bringing something so I don’t have to make a lot of food. I just want to know what’s some good game watching food?? Thanks!!

Look up Ina Garten from Food Networks Barefoot Contessa & make her Ham & Cheese in Puff Pastry. It’s really easy, finger food & everyone loved it!
Okay well of course people like different stuff so you might want to know what everyone else is bringing. I am sure chips & dip is a main thing. You could make some pizza or popcorn maybe even come up with your own kind of chex mix!! I hope I helped!
I’m making this chili recipe I saw on Rachael Ray today
Nick Mangold’s Super Bowl C. B. C. (Chorizo Bacon Chili)
* 1 pound Mexican chorizo sausage, removed from casings
* 6 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped
Drizzle oil into cast-iron pot over medium to medium-high heat.
Add the bacon to the pot and brown. Remove and set it aside for later, leaving drippings in the pot.
Add the onion to the pot and cook slightly. Add chorizo into the pot and crumble it with a spatula as it cooks. When the chorizo is almost done, add in the ground beef, salt, ground black pepper and garlic.
Once everything is cooked, add in the peppers, celery and corn. Let the veggies sweat for a couple of minutes then add all the spices in and stir to combine. Add the beef stock, scraping up any bits off the bottom of the pot. Add the crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce, taste and adjust seasonings accordingly. Add the reserved bacon and stir to combine. Bring up to a bubble, then reduce to a simmer. Let the pot simmer and serve when ready (the longer the simmer the better).
Garnish with your favorite chili toppings, like parsley, shredded cheddar cheese and a good helping of hot sauce.

3. Bake in 9×13 pan until bubbling, warm and lightly browned

DIP!!! Here are 2 AMAZING recipes that are simple and they are always the first to go at any party.
1/2 – 3/4 C ranch OR blue cheese dressing (my favorite is ranch)
Leave the cream cheese out for a couple hours to bring to room temperature.
Dice chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Saute over medium heat until cooked through. Set aside to cool.
Spread cream cheese on bottom of a 13 X 9 baking dish. Then pour dressing over that layer. (I like a lot of dressing so I lay it on thick. ) Then, sprinkle chicken pieces over that layer. Shake hot sauce over chicken to taste. Then sprinkle cheddar cheese all over the top. I like a lot so it is up to you.
Bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
1 can Hormel chili with beans (the turkey one is just as tasty and less fattening)
Spread softened cream cheese on bottom of a 9 X 9 glass baking dish or a shallow round pie plate. Top with can of chili. Top with cheese. Microwave on high for a few minutes or until hot and bubbly. (You can double the amount of ingredients and use a 13 X 9 dish as well. )
Note: If you prefer, you can bake in a 350 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes.
Serve both with tortilla chips. For the chicken dip I like scoops. For the chili dip I like blue corn chips.
These are always a hit at parties & can be made the day before & re-heated!
Mix first four ingredients in large pan & simmer on low for one hour, stirring occasionally. Then add wieners & heat thoroughly.
*I usually double this recipe when I make them.
(Hint: when they are done, put them in a Crock pot on the “warm” or “low” setting to keep them warm thoughout the event. )
